Data Deletion Instructions

We respect your right to control your personal information. This page explains how to request deletion of data we hold about you.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to {{email}} with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include:

Some data we're legally required to keep:

Retained records are isolated, not used for any marketing or outreach, and will be permanently deleted once the legal retention period ends.

Response Time

We respond to all deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more time (rare), we'll email you explaining why.

If You Connected Through Facebook or Instagram

If you contacted us through our Facebook or Instagram accounts, you can also remove our app's access to your data:

  1. Open Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites (or the equivalent on Instagram).
  2. Find the "{{business_name}}" or "Branch Manager" entry.
  3. Click Remove. This revokes our access going forward.

Revoking access doesn't delete data we already have. To delete that data, also email us as described above.

If You Connected Through Google (Business Profile)

Manage connected apps at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoke Branch Manager there to cut off access, then email us to delete retained data.
